These General Reward Rules apply to all challenges and rewards organised by Love Quycky LDA through the Quycky app (“Quycky”) unless otherwise specified in the individual challenge’s specific rules. By participating in any challenge or reward, you agree to the following general terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
Participation is open to all registered users of the Quycky app, provided they meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years. Participation is subject to the laws and regulations applicable to the user’s location. Challenges are void where prohibited by law.
2. How to Participate
Participants must meet the specific conditions outlined in the rules of the gameplay (https://www.quycky.app/how-to) to be eligible for rewards.
Participants must use only one account to participate and must comply with all applicable laws.
3. Prizes
Prizes are awarded based on challenge performance, as described in the respective challenge’s rules. The type, number, and value of prizes may vary and will be detailed accordingly.
Winners are responsible for any taxes associated with their prizes.
Quycky reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
4. Prize Claim Process
Participants must provide correct details to be eligible for prizes. Quycky will not follow up with participants to complete this information. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture or delays in receiving prizes.
Prizes may be distributed electronically or physically, depending on the nature of the prize and the location of the winner.
Quycky is not responsible if a winner under the age of 18 attempts to claim a prize. Acceptance of the disclaimer is required before gameplay.
Quycky reserves the right to disqualify any winners suspected of cheating or using unfair methods to enhance their ranking.
All communications regarding prizes will be conducted in English.
5. Conduct and Fair Play
Quycky expects all participants to engage in fair play and maintain the integrity of the challenges. Any form of cheating, including but not limited to the use of bots, scripts, automated systems, manipulation of quiz results or scores, or any other illicit methods, will result in immediate disqualification and possible exclusion from future gameplay.
Suspicious behaviour, such as unusual activity patterns, rapid answer submissions, or account sharing, should be reported immediately through the support system of the app.
6. Privacy
By participating in any Quycky Rewards, you agree to the processing of your personal information to manage the challenge and award prizes, by our Privacy Policy.
7. Terms and Conditions
By participating in any Quycky gameplay, you agree to all applicable terms and conditions specified in both these General Challenge Rules and the specific rules of each challenge.
Quycky reserves the right to modify or terminate any gameplay at its sole discretion, with prior communication to participants. Changes to rules will be communicated to participants through the app and/or website, and any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the app and website.
